What an incredible showing at the UIL Concert & Sightreading Contest!
Our Concert Band performed admirably on stage, earning an Excellent rating, and followed it up with straight 1st Division ratings in Sightreading — a testament to their preparation, focus, and musical growth.
Our Honors Band delivered a truly outstanding performance of a highly demanding program, earning 1st Division ratings from every judge. An exceptional accomplishment!
The future of the Sunnyvale Band program is bright, and this success reflects the dedication of so many people who make this program special.

The Raider Pride Marching band is PROUD to have two All State Members. Eliana Sandoval and Luke Orendorff performed with the All State Symphonic band in Austin Texas. This is Eliana's second year as first chair for 4A!

HUGE CONGRATS to Bass Trombonist Luke Orendorff!
We are incredibly proud to announce that Luke has earned the #1 Bass Trombone spot in the entire state of Texas for the ATSSB All-State Jazz Band!
This remarkable achievement places him among the top 20 jazz musicians in Texas, and he will represent Sunnyvale this February at the ATSSB All-State Clinic & Concert in San Antonio, 2026.
Luke’s dedication, musicianship, and passion for jazz have truly set him apart. Help us celebrate this outstanding accomplishment—way to go, Luke!
